This room represents the most characteristic place on the ranch. It’s here where exquisite tradition and history of the gaucho, his horse and the countryside are merged together. Around the fireplace, with a round of “mates” (a traditional hot beverage), is where legends, local yarns and sayings are born, forming part of the essence that we display today in this room.
